My experiences revolves around the skillset of team leadership/management,Presentations,deliverables,Cross-team communication, Project management to speak of few.
Few of my as to speak of :-​
During Project phase

Managed a team of about 80 peoples across various cross funtional teams for successfully delivering the project deadlines by more than 85% even during the lockdown.

Stage wise planning and execution (specifically the automation systems) of semi autonomous site in Kolkata.
After project phase

Designed, developed and introduced various methods involving job planning, Electrical preventive/shutdown/breakdown maintenance, spare management, RCA, 5S to increase efficency of workflow by 30%.

After researching and analysing the inefficiencies in the work environment, introduced numerious micro projects and kaizen work in the site for decreasing hazards by more than 90% and increasing work efficiency of operations up by 25%.

Conducted control and repeat tests to ensure validity of the projects and solutions provided.

We created the digitalized supply chain app to support society with genuine medicines and essentials with quick delivery during covid.

Secured 2nd with the project out of 30 pro teams.

Researched on various pain points of users across different age groups and demographics regarding the pandemic via survey and other qualitative and quantitative methods and come up with solution to gauge the effectiveness.

Designed and developed working prototype after multiple iterations done to wireframes to increase it's workabilility and interaction.

Developed and launch vlog feature in a microblogging social media platform Wittr.

An indepth research and competitive analysis on available platforms ,users and new concepts such is the introduction and development an inhouse algorithm for the benefit of new users,addition of pro level editing tools and much more to offer.
