A capstone project to develop and launch vlog feature in a microblogging social media platform with the vision to stay at the top of social trends with Imagination, Originality& Ingenuity.

An indepth case study and analysis had been performed through research on available platforms/users and new concepts such is the introduction and development an inhouse algorithm for the benefit of new users /addition of pro level editing tools and much more to offer.
Few star highlights includes deliverables such as the competitive and the SWOT analysis/User personas and the user jouneys /solutions are a must but not only that the GTM strategy with the well defined success metrices are cherry in the cake/the star of the project being the "prototype",
